Particularly for BB. Do things feel more competitive? How is your manager/team etc.
Currently doing IB internship at a BB. First week is training week and it’s not bad at all, it’s good to make a good impression though.
Then after that you get given projects by your team (my presentation is coming up). Other than that it’s mostly been shadowing a bunch of people, reading books and materials people give you. There’s a lot of networking as expected.
